Thousands in Owen Sound are without a family physician — tens of thousands across Grey County. In a new letter to the editor, reader Jim Hutton says it’s time for the municipality to consider a bold solution.

The Colwood Model is being tested in B.C., and it’s captured attention across the country. Here’s what it entails:
