Two Charged After Police Recover Stolen ATV in Brockton
Police say a stolen ATV was recovered in Brockton following a search warrant. Two individuals face charges in connection with the investigation.
A stolen all-terrain vehicle has been recovered following the execution of a search warrant in Brockton, with two individuals now facing charges.
According to South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police, officers executed a search warrant at a property in the Municipality of Brockton on the morning of March 18 as part of an investigation by the Community Street Crimes Unit.
The operation involved multiple units, including the South Bruce Bail Support Team, Wellington County OPP Community Street Crimes Unit, Grey-Bruce OPP Community Street Crimes Unit, and West Region OPP Canine.
Police say the search resulted in the recovery of a stolen ATV.
Blayne Tait-Hall, 30, has been charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, as well as three counts of failing to comply with probation.
He was held for a bail hearing and later released, with a court appearance scheduled for March 26 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Walkerton.
Brittany Trommelen, 36, has been charged with failing to comply with an undertaking. She was arrested and released, with a court date set for April 22 in Walkerton.
None of the charges have been tested in court.
Police continue to investigate and are asking anyone with information to contact South Bruce OPP or Crime Stoppers.
