Downtown Owen Sound will be busy this weekend as the 35th annual Hottest Street Sale takes over the River District on Saturday, July 12. More than 200 vendors, live music stages, and community performances will draw large crowds to 2nd Avenue East between 7th and 11th Streets.
If you plan to attend, expect a full day of shopping, food, and entertainment. If not, be aware that road closures will be in place starting early Saturday morning. Drivers should expect delays and consider alternative routes through the downtown core.
You’ll find a link to more details on closures, programming, and what to expect under News. And we’re curious…
As always, we understand this is not a scientific poll, and we are limited in the number and length of responses available. They may not fit each person exactly, and that’s okay. Community polls remain a valuable tool for gauging our readership’s opinions on various issues.
We welcome letters to the editor if there’s more you’d like to add on any relevant topic. You can submit those to owensoundcurrenteditor@gmail.com.
