Owen Sound Author Launches New Art Journal at Collingwood Workshop June 19
Brittany DeSantis hosts a launch event for her 365-day art journal at Kettlewells in Collingwood on June 19, with the book releasing nationally June 16.
Owen Sound author and artist Brittany DeSantis will launch her debut book, The Daily Play, at a ticketed event in Collingwood on Thursday, June 19.
The launch runs from 6 to 8 p.m. at Kettlewells Vintage | Garden | Flowers, located at 4537 Simcoe County Road 124.
The evening will include a collaborative art activity, a hands-on journaling session led by DeSantis, a Q&A, and a book signing. Each ticket includes a copy of The Daily Play and a limited-edition art print.
Refreshments will be served, and attendees will have access to shop curated goods on site.

The Daily Play is a 365-day illustrated art journal published by Penguin Random House. The book is designed as a year-long guided practice with daily prompts aimed at both beginners and returning artists.
It releases nationally on Monday, June 16, and will be available wherever books are sold.
