Join local author Martin P. Hederich for an author talk in front of the library fireplace on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 7:00 pm.
Join local author Martin P. Hederich as he discusses his book “Beautiful Heat: A Master Chimney Sweep Talks About Burning Issues” in front of the library fireplace.
Martin is a Certified Master Chimney Sweep and a Master Solid Fuel Technician. His book is entitled “Beautiful Heat: A Master Chimney Sweep Talks About Burning Issues” and lets readers know how to experience safe wood fires all year round.
Martin P. Hederich is a retired Captain of the German Armed Forces who immigrated to Canada in 1984. He has a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Hamburg, Germany.
Books will be available for purchase.
The Library’s Fireside Chat program highlights authors in our community. They take place in the Carnegie level of the library from January to May on Tuesdays, 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm and Thursdays, 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm.
