As The Owen Sound Current approaches 18 months, we’re reflecting on what we’ve built — not just us, but all of you who read, share, and support local news.

This has always been a collaborative effort. With stories submitted by community groups, regular updates from local contributors, and over 1,800 articles published to our archives so far, this project continues to be shaped by the people it serves.

Every weekday morning, we aim to provide one clear, ad-free place to catch up on what’s happening in and around Owen Sound. And because this publication is 100% reader-supported, your involvement truly makes it possible.

We’re always listening — and as we look ahead, we’d love your input.
