A recent decision by City Council to renovate the Farmers’ Market washroom for $75,000 has reignited debate over public washroom access in the River District.
In this Letter to the Editor, Owen Sound resident Jim Hutton argues that the plan addresses only daytime needs, leaving unhoused residents and others without 24-hour facilities.
