Public Health officials are trying to locate the owners of a large black dog to verify its rabies vaccination status, in the hopes a local teen can avoid post-exposure rabies treatment.
The biting incident took place near Ed Taylor Park, and the couple involved were walking two dogs believed to be named Teddy and Gus.
