Yesterday, someone complained to me that they would have to become a free subscriber to The Owen Sound Current to participate in our community poll about the former Legate building. I get it – your time is precious, and your contact info even more so.

Not two hours later, I received an email with info about a local event featuring the same person who’d complained about having to subscribe to the only local publication currently promoting events like theirs. 🤔

Make it make sense 🤣

The thing is, community doesn’t happen in a vacuum. Engagement and connection aren’t solo activities.
