This first weekend of September is packed with live music, community traditions, and creative workshops across Grey Bruce.

Friday kicks off with the Owen Sound Fall Fair at Victoria Park, a Cars tribute show at The Roxy, Rosin Dust at the Harmony Centre, and late-night fun at the Rumpus Room and Parkwood.

Saturday brings the Farmers’ Market, the continuation of the Fall Fair, two major tribute concerts — Tom Petty at The Roxy and The Doors at Heartwood — plus the Walk for Parkinson’s at Kelso Beach, a Contra Dance at the Harmony Centre, and more.

On Sunday, the focus shifts to art and wellness with sketching and painting at Cobble Beach, yoga and tai chi at the Harmony Centre, and the start of a multi-day Bruce Trail hike.
