How’s everyone holding up? Yesterday was a lot. If you’re waking up a bit croaky, headachy, or just worn down by it, you’re not the only one.

The full public health guidance came out mid-day yesterday, so we have that in today’s edition if you need it. And keep an eye on the older folks, the little ones, and anyone with heart or breathing troubles near you.

Georgian Bluffs has released a list of its Air Quality Relief Centres; you’ll see that info under Public Notices. For help finding a safe breathing space or other supports elsewhere in Grey-Bruce, call 211.

And if it turns into an emergency — if you or someone with you can’t breathe — call 911, and don’t second-guess it.
