Epilepsy is not as rare a condition as you may think, and affects many in our community, according to community contributor Cayley Taylor.
Cayley’s husband is one of those people. So is Alek Stewart, who co-founded Grey Bruce Epilepsy with his wife, Brittany.
Already, the couple has raised over $50,000 through their organization for epilepsy awareness and research.
Now, they’re taking their local initiative global. Alek is partnering with a Vancouver woman on a new podcast, Brainstormers, that launches this month.
