Some of us are odd ducks. I love movie musicals but am not always very keen on the stage shows on which they’re based. I know, it makes no sense. But Something Rotten, which runs at the Roxy from April 11-14, April 18-20, and April 24-27, is enough to make me a full-on convert to musical theatre.
