The Owen Sound Police Service (OSPS) and the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB) have arrested a third individual in connection with an ongoing homicide investigation in Owen Sound.
A 17-year-old from Brampton is charged with First Degree Murder, contrary to Section 235(1) of the Criminal Code.
