Public Notice: Current H2 Inc. to Host Public Meeting on Hydrogen Peaker Project in Owen Sound
Current H2 is inviting all stakeholders including community residents to an in-person Public Meeting on December 4 at Sydenham Campus in Owen Sound.
Current H2 Inc. (Current H2) is preparing a proposal in response to the Independent Electricity System Operator’s (IESO) Long Term 2 Request for Proposal for the development of the Owen Sound Hydrogen Peaker Project (the Project) in the City of Owen Sound, Ontario.
The Project will utilize electrolyzers to produce hydrogen at night and store on-site for electricity generation. The proposed nameplate capacity of the project is 25 megawatts.
Current H2 is inviting all stakeholders including community residents to an in-person Public Meeting to learn more about the project and answer any questions the public may have.
