Owen Sound Woman Charged with Impaired Driving After Traffic Stop in South Bruce Peninsula
A 21-year-old Owen Sound resident has been charged with impaired driving following a July 3 traffic stop near Hepworth, according to Grey Bruce OPP.
A 21-year-old Owen Sound resident has been charged with impaired driving following a traffic stop on Bruce Road 8 near the Town of Hepworth.
According to the Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), the stop occurred on July 3, 2025, at approximately 3:51 p.m.
Jenna Inglis, 21, has been charged with operation while impaired Blood Alcohol Concentration (B.A.C.) 80 plus under the Criminal Code.
In accordance with provincial regulations, Inglis received a 90-day Administrative Driver's Licence Suspension and her vehicle was impounded for seven days.
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound on July 24, 2025.
The OPP reiterated its commitment to road safety, encouraging the public to report suspected impaired drivers by calling 911 in emergencies or 1-888-310-1122 for non-emergency complaints.
