Owen Sound Police: Hwy 6/10 Reopened from Superior Street to 6th St East After Brief Closure
A jackknifed recreational trailer blocked one of the main routes in and out of Owen Sound on New Year's Day.
Update: As of 3:30 p.m. on January 1, the incident has cleared, and all lanes are now open.
Owen Sound Police are asking motorists to avoid the area of Highway 6/10 between Superior Street and 6th Street East. All lanes are blocked and traffic is being rerouted.
Police have promised an update when the roadway is clear and open. We will update this article at that time.
