Owen Sound Man Charged in June Collision Between Motorcycle and Pickup Truck Near Chatsworth
An Owen Sound man faces charges after June collision on Concession 3A between Massie Rd and Holland Sydenham TL left motorcyclist injured.
Grey Bruce OPP have charged an Owen Sound man with driving without insurance, dangerous operation causing bodily harm, and careless driving causing bodily harm after a June collision in Chatsworth left a motorcyclist seriously injured.
The crash happened at 10:37 a.m. on June 23, 2025, on Concession 3A between Massie Road and Holland Sydenham Townline. A motorcycle and a pickup truck collided, and paramedics transported the rider to the hospital with serious injuries.

The condition of the pickup truck’s occupants was not disclosed at the time.
Concession 3A was closed for several hours that day while members of the OPP’s Traffic Incident Management Enforcement (TIME) team assisted with the investigation.
Police appealed to the public for information as they worked to determine what led to the crash.
As a result of that investigation, police now say they arrested James Robinson, 37, of Owen Sound, on August 12.
Robinson was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound on September 25, 2025.
