Owen Sound Staff Recommend Passing Historic Courthouse and Jail Amendments
Staff recommend moving Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment forward
The City of Owen Sound’s Senior Planner, Jacklyn Iezzi, is on the agenda to deliver her Recommendation Report regarding an Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment for the historic Courthouse and Jail property to council this evening.
The two amendments in question, requested by current property owner Nick Ainis of FC Entertainment and Hospitality Inc., are:
