Procedural Bylaw update passes final hurdle after staff recommendations defeated at Committee were raised again and approved by Council
Owen Sound Council finalized an updated Procedural Bylaw last night. The bylaw imposes new restrictions on the Public Question Period and gives the Mayor and staff the power to keep items off the agenda.
The revised by-law limits public speakers to three minutes each, with 15 minutes allotted for public input per meeting.
