• City staff will ask Council to approve a tax levy of $34,899,000 for 2024, a 2.58% increase for taxpayers.

• Details of an agreement for Voyago to lease the Owen Sound Transit Terminal.

• The City will receive $393,099 in 2024 from the provincial Court Security and Prisoner Transportation Program, 49.14% of the cost of these services.

• Owen Sound is getting an online marriage application process by April, if approved by Council.

• Two new business licenses are up for final approval.

• Council will receive meeting minutes from recent meetings of the Community Services, Corporate Services, and Operations Committees including nominations for Chair and Vice Chair or each one.
