Group invites members of the public to "Swing and Sway on the City Band's Birthday" with an open invitation to a picnic and concert at Harrison Park

The Owen Sound City Band will celebrate its 104th Birthday at Harrison Park on Monday, July 22, with a picnic from 5:45-7pm.
At 7:30pm, enjoy a concert with special guest conductor and Owen Sound music legend Ted Graper, formerly of The Tombstones.
