OPP Release Photos of Suspect in Meaford Theft

Grey Bruce OPP are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a man suspected of stealing from a Meaford business late the night of June 6.

Grey Bruce OPP are asking the public to assist in identifying the man pictured above, captured on surveillance video shortly after 11:30p.m. on June 6, 2025.

According to police, that’s when the man entered a business on Sykes Street North in Meaford. Though they say a theft took place, no other details — including the value of goods taken — has been released.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian man in his mid-30s.

He is believed to be approximately 5’10” and had a mustache at the time of the incident. Police say he was wearing a black ball cap, long grey dress shirt, beige pants, and black shoes.

He was carrying a backpack and a green grocery bag.
