OPP Investigating Break and Enter and Dirt Bike Theft in Chatsworth
OPP are urging residents to check surveillance footage following a dirt bike theft from a property in Chatsworth.
Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police are investigating a break and enter in the Municipality of Chatsworth that resulted in the theft of a dirt bike.
Police say the incident occurred sometime between April 3 and April 10, 2026, at a property on Victoria Street near Grey Road 29. During that time, an individual entered a shed and stole a blue, two-stroke Yamaha YZ 250 dirt bike.
No suspect information has been released.
Investigators are asking residents in the area to review any home security or dash camera footage that may show suspicious people, vehicles, or activity during that timeframe.
Police are also encouraging community members to register their cameras with CameSafe, a voluntary registry that helps officers identify potential video sources during investigations.
