One Killed, One Seriously Injured in Spring Creek Road Collision
One person is dead and another seriously injured after a single-vehicle crash on Spring Creek Road in South Bruce Peninsula. Grey Bruce OPP continue to investigate.
The Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a fatal single-vehicle collision that occurred early Friday morning on Spring Creek Road in South Bruce Peninsula.
Emergency services were dispatched at approximately 3:06 a.m. on June 6, 2025, following reports of a crash in the area. Upon arrival, officers found two individuals involved in the collision.
One person, identified as an 18-year-old from South Bruce Peninsula, was transported to hospital and later pronounced deceased due to injuries sustained in the crash. A second individual suffered serious injuries and remains in hospital.
The OPP West Region Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement (TIME) Team is assisting with the investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the collision.
As a result, Spring Creek Road remains closed between Legion Road and Allenford Road to accommodate the ongoing investigation. Police are urging motorists to avoid the area and seek alternative routes.
