A quick look ahead at what we’re working on this week: the Ontario Securities Commission has announced the allegations stemming from its investigation into Craig Dunkerley and BG Wealth Group, and we’ve received at least a partial disclosure of records from the City in response to our third FOI request involving the company’s dealings in Owen Sound.
The college student accused of improperly disposing of an Amazon box in a City garbage bin is in court this morning.
Owen Sound has a regular council meeting, a public meeting on a rezoning application, and the River District Member Engagement Session for businesses and property owners all happening this week. Municipal councils are meeting in Northern Bruce Peninsula and Meaford, as well.
