Hey Owen Sound and area,
Have you heard of PFLAG Canada? We are a registered charity with chapters across the country, including one here in Owen Sound.
You or a friend or family member might be coming out as lesbian, gay, bi, trans, non-binary, or some other identification under the rainbow. Maybe you or they have questions about support and resources. We can help!
We offer peer support based on our lived experience.
We can answer your questions about how to support that friend or family member. We can steer you towards professional support, too.
And because it's May, and Pride Season is coming, we're hosting some public events this month and next:
There’s no charge for any of these. Pride merch, such as a huge variety of identity flags, will be available for purchase at each event.
It's our 20th Anniversary as a registered charity in Canada. Come and celebrate with us!
