The following letter was submitted to Owen Sound City Council on February 10, 2025.

Mayor and Council,

I am not clear on the deadline for submitting comments on the proposed budget to Council, but at one point, I thought I had read it was up until today. I hope you will have time to give consideration to these thoughts and observations.
