Police appeal to the public for any information about Friday evening collision and two-car rollover at the intersection of Highway 21 and Jackson Road.
Grey Bruce OPP announced this morning that their investigation into the September 19 collision at Highway 21 and Jackson Road continues — and they’re looking for any information members of the public can provide.
First responders attended the two-car collision Friday evening around 8:42 p.m. and found that both vehicles involved had rolled following the impact.
The driver and sole occupant of one vehicle suffered life-threatening injuries and was transported by air ambulance to a trauma centre in London. Police did not release that person’s age, gender, or current condition.
The three occupants of the second vehicle were treated for minor injuries and released. No further information about the driver or occupants was provided.
OPP announced the closure of Highway 21 between Concession 11 and Grey Road 3 late Friday. The highway and a small stretch of Jackson Road remained closed for the investigation until 10:20 a.m. on Sunday, September 21.
Now, Grey Bruce OPP says their investigation continues, led by the OPP Technical Collision Investigation (TCI) members and Traffic Management Enforcement (TIME) teams.
