High-Speed Police Chase Involving OPP & OSPS Ends at Kelso Villa
Owen Sound Police and OPP vehicles were reportedly involved in a high-speed pursuit through Owen Sound before it came to a halt in the parking lot of a retirement home at 1475 2nd Ave West.
