The Polar Plunge is a signature fundraising event for Special Olympics Ontario, helping provide year‑round sports programs, competitions, and opportunities for athletes with intellectual disabilities. Every plunge, pledge, and donation directly supports these programs.
“The Polar Plunge is an incredible opportunity for our community to come together, have fun, and support Special Olympics athletes across the province,” said Cst. Kody Lyons, Grey Bruce OPP. “We’re proud to partner with the Inter Township Fire Department and the Township of Georgian Bluffs to bring this event back for 2026, and we hope to see a great turnout.”
Community members, businesses, service clubs, and teams are encouraged to register, challenge one another, and help make this year’s plunge the biggest yet.
