WHAT IS A CIP? A Community Improvement Plan is a tool under Section 28 of the Planning Act that encourages community revitalization through financial incentives such as grants, loans, and rebates. It covers a variety of community improvement themes, like tourism, affordable housing, place-making, enhanced streetscapes and building facades, and brownfield redevelopment.
The Township is looking for public input on the type of economic development outcomes you would like to see locally. Have ideas for local tourism? Want to see local murals? Want to improve barrier-free accessibility for local businesses?
The Township of Georgian Bluffs wants to hear from you on how this tool can be used to improve local economic development.
TO ATTEND this virtual meeting please RSVP to email@example.com or call 226-780-7478, and the link will be provided.
