Owen Sound City Council meets on Monday. On their agenda: a staff presentation of the Future Owen Sound: Vision 2050 Long-Term Strategic Plan; the City Manager’s second “Fostering a Vibrant River District” report; a staff presentation on the City’s court agreement with Grey County, and a lot more.
