Dozens of Employers Expected at Regional Job Fair in Owen Sound
A regional job fair in Owen Sound on March 24 will connect job seekers with employers from across Grey and Bruce at the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre.
Job seekers from across Grey and Bruce counties are invited to attend the 2026 Regional Job Fair, taking place March 24 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre in Owen Sound.
The in-person event will bring together local employers and job seekers, offering an opportunity to explore available positions, learn about different industries, and connect directly with hiring organizations from across the region.
Organizers say employers from a range of sectors will be present and recruiting for positions within Grey and Bruce.
“Events like the Regional Job Fair help bring our community together and open doors for people who are looking for meaningful employment,” said Sharon Baynham, Program Services Manager for Employment Services at the YMCA of Owen Sound Grey Bruce, in a statement.
“By connecting job seekers directly with local employers, we’re helping people explore new opportunities and strengthen our local workforce.”
Attendees are encouraged to bring copies of their resume and be prepared to speak with employers about current opportunities.

A Job Fair Success Workshop is also scheduled for March 23 at 2 p.m. at 290 9th Street East. Registration is available by phone at the same number.
The Regional Job Fair is supported by YMCA of Owen Sound Grey Bruce, the Business Enterprise Centre (Grey County), the Four County Labour Market Planning Board, Georgian College, Grey County, and Employment Services BGHP.
