This National Nursing Week, Brightshores is proud to celebrate the dedicated nursing teams and the meaningful difference they make in the lives of patients and families in Grey Bruce communities.
Across Brightshores, nurses contribute their knowledge, skill, and leadership in many ways, from bedside patient care and community support to education and leadership roles, strengthening how care is delivered today and into the future.
“I am continually inspired by the commitment our teams show to patients, families and one another across Brightshores,” said Beth Morris, Vice President, Clinical Programs, Quality and Chief Nursing Executive. “I see the compassion our nursing teams bring to the patient care every day through the high-quality care they provide.”
National Nursing Week offers a moment to celebrate these contributions and reflect on the evolving role of nursing in shaping the future of healthcare, locally and nationally.
Brightshores’ nursing teams include nurse practitioners, registered nurses, registered practical nurses, clinicians and nursing students. Together they support high-quality, patient-centred care across all sites and services.
We extend our sincere thanks to nurses. We encourage patients, families, and community members to take a moment to share their appreciation and thank a nurse for the care, kindness, and dedication they bring to our communities.
