Residents curious as to why a section of 3rd Avenue E was blocked off and impassable near St. Mary’s Hill yesterday afternoon now have their answer.

Owen Sound Police released a report late last night announcing a death investigation in that location after a man was found deceased on the sidewalk in front of an apartment fire early Sunday afternoon.
